Greg started training for self defense and confidence. Greg began his martial arts Journey in 1996 with practical combatives focused on self defense. Greg transitioned to BJJ in 2008 looking for a more technical aspect of training. In his free time he enjoys a spending time with his family, Mississippi State sporting events, and squeezing in a round of golf.
