Travis started training Jiu Jitsu in 1995. He moved to Mississippi and founded Gracie South in 2006 starting the first legit Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the area. He earned his black belt from Royce Gracie in 2009. Travis also holds a black belt in Kenpo. Travis is a Physicians Assistant by day.
